Life Long Care

The Life Long Care Program provides culturally appropriate, holistic support for Indigenous elders, chronically ill, and disabled individuals, helping them live independently and achieve their highest well-being.

The program offers services such as transportation, home visits, caregiver support, and hospice care, addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of its clients.
